We've tried to make is as straight forward as possible to buy downloadable stuff from us but please read the guide below before you buy any downloadable products.
Please click here to read the terms and conditions of using the download system.
OnLineOut downloads have been tested using as many operating systems and browsers as we could get hold of and you should be able to download your purchases without installing anything new or changing any settings on your computer. Any systems that have problems are listed below, you get as many download attempts as you need to get your purchase so if you do experience any problems try another browser, we recommend Firefox. If you continue to have problems please get in touch and we will sort it out.
- Microsoft Internet Explorer version 4.01 - Later versions work fine.
- Microsoft Internet Explorer version 5.5 - Upgrading to Service Pack 2 or later will fix this.
Getting Your Downloads
It's very easy and you get them pretty much instantly.
- Add the download to your basket in the same way you would a CD
- Go to the checkout
- Pay for your purchases (you can buy other products at the same time)
- You will shortly receive an email with the links to your downloads.
At the moment we are not offering single tracks to download, only albums, EPs and collections. Once you have purchased your downloads and paid using the checkout you will receive the standard thank you email which will also contain links to the files you have bought. Either click the links or copy and paste them to your browser to start the download.
You can download the files as many times as you like but the links will expire in 48 hours (from the email being sent).
Downloads are all supplied as zip archives which contain all the tracks as mp3s and sometimes the album artwork and other stuff.
Can I buy CDs and Downloads at the same time?
Yes. The system allows you to purchase anything in the shop in one order.
How do I open the Zip file?
Most operating systems now allow you to open zip files by double-clicking on them. If your computer does not have built-in zipfile support you can download Winzip.
